Notes: One of three incomplete soundboard recordings obtained during the 2002 Guns N Roses tour.
[www.GNRontour.com] notes: The band hit the stage around 9:45 p.m. After 'You Could Be Mine,' Axl talks to a fan named Steven in the front row for about 30 seconds.
[www.htgth.com] Axl's in a very talkative mood tonight. He talks to a fan in the front row because he looked bummed out, turns out the fan was having a great time. When introducing Richard, he told a story about Richard's first audition with the band. After it Richard flew back home and at the airport someone ran up to him and said "Hey Izzy, can I get your autograph?". Axl took that as a good omen and signed Richard. Later on in the show Axl talked about singing in the church choir as a kid and how this was not quite what they expected him to end up doing.
