So after seeing the Brisbane show and now Sydney night 1, there is no comparison. This Sydney show was incredible!
The band were full of energy but, more than anything, they were clearly LOVING what they were doing. Axl struggled to start singing some parts as he was smiling so much.
Obviously Angus as a special guest makes for a unique concert but, to be honest (and in my opinion only) it was GNR that owned this night.
ANOTHER REALLY REALLY tough (outdoor) venue to record at so the quality is definitely listenable but far from soundboard.
I hope you enjoy this show and the efforts I went to to capture it for you.
I also have a 24bit version, if there's enough interest I will upload it. I did record the Rose Tattoo set if anyone is interested I will get that up to in time.
