hanemaaijer did not provide sufficient lineage but I'll allow this exception. TLH says it's lossless. I looked at the spectral view and it appears lossless.
I have listened to it and it sounds very good. It's most certainly not a pure SBD. The sound is a SBD + AUD matrix with a bit of compression. Not the heavy compression typical of a FM broadcast in the USA. My experience with FM broadcasts outside of the USA it that they use less compression. So it could be an FM from the UK. Or it could be a PreFM.
